Built Takes its Atlassian Low-Carbon Experience to Liverpool
Built is aiming to mimic Atlassian in western Sydney’s Liverpool and develop a 24-level office tower and adjoining nine-storey hotel with just half the embodied carbon of a conventional equivalent building.
Privately owned Built will tap the technology and lessons learnt from software company Atlassian and Dexus’ $1.8 billion cutting-edge tower in central Sydney – on which it is engaged in construction design and planning – as it rolls out its own next development at 44 Scott Street in Liverpool.
